Administrative colleague with accounting experience wanted in Region Breda M/V

For Stockspots B.V., specialized in On-Demand Warehousing, we are looking for an administrative worker for two (2) days a week (16 hours) with accounting experience.

Description

Through its Online Marketplace, Stockspots connects shippers or manufacturers who are looking for warehouse capacity and fulfilment services with warehouse space providers who have this available. This enables the warehouse space provider to make an extra profit from its (temporary) vacancy and thus contributes to our fight against ‘warehouse waste’.

For two days a week (working days in close consultation) we are looking for an administrative worker with accounting experience and preferably also sales office experience. The latter would certainly be a good thing. You will be working with the Exact programme and the Stockspots Back Office System. The beautiful location and the nice office are easy to reach by car and there is good parking space.

Functional tasks

  • Keeping records;
  • Checking, booking and paying invoices;
  • Making quotations and processing orders;
  • Processing warehouse mutations;
  • Creating sales invoices;
  • Debtors monitoring;
  • Create an information set for the management team.

Function requirements

  • HBO working and thinking level;
  • Study business economics or business administration is an advantage;
  • Experience with Exact is an advantage;
  • Knowledge of logistics, transport and storage;
  • Independent professional;
  • Mastery of the Dutch and English languages;
  • Living in the area of Breda.
